• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from SparkNest. • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase firecrackers in your state/region. • Firecrackers must be used responsibly, in accordance with local laws and regulations. • SparkNest reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

• All products listed on SparkNest are sourced from PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation) certified manufacturers in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu. • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance. • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute out-of-stock items with products of equal or higher value and similar function, with prior intimation via WhatsApp. • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders already confirmed will not be affected by price changes.

• Orders are placed through our website and confirmed only after payment is received and verified. • After placing your order, our team will contact you on WhatsApp with UPI payment details. • Accepted payment methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer. • We do not accept cash on delivery for online orders. • Your order is confirmed only after we receive and verify your payment screenshot on WhatsApp. • SparkNest reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraud. Full refund will be issued in such cases. • Minimum order value may apply — our team will inform you via WhatsApp if your order does not meet the minimum.

• We deliver pan India across all 28 states and 8 union territories. • Freight charges are calculated based on your delivery location and total order weight. These are communicated to you via WhatsApp after order placement, before payment is requested. • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days for Tamil Nadu; 3-5 working days for other states. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, transport delays, public holidays). • We use registered and licensed transport/courier partners for all deliveries. • Tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. • SparkNest is not liable for delays caused by the courier/transport partner, natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control.

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 6385812382, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. • Once cancelled, your refund will be processed within 2 hours to your original UPI/bank account. • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. • If SparkNest cancels an order due to stock unavailability or any other reason on our end, a full refund will be issued within 2 hours.

Due to the nature of firecracker products and safety regulations, we do not accept returns after the order has been delivered. Cancellation before dispatch: • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 6385812382. • Refund will be credited to your original UPI/bank account within 2 hours of cancellation confirmation. After dispatch: • Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once dispatched. • We ensure all products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

• All products sold by SparkNest are sourced from PESO-certified manufacturers and comply with Indian safety standards. • Firecrackers must be used strictly in accordance with the Supreme Court of India's guidelines, including noise limits (125 dB) and timing restrictions as per your local state government regulations. Timing rules vary by state — please check with your local authorities before bursting crackers. • SparkNest is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or legal issues arising from the misuse or improper use of our products. • The buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe and legal use of all purchased products. • Chinese or uncertified crackers are not sold on our platform. We strictly source from PESO-certified Indian manufacturers only.

• All content on sparknest.co.in including text, images, logos, design, and code is the intellectual property of SparkNest. • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. • Product images from manufacturers are used with their permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • SparkNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. • Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. • SparkNest is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper storage, or handling of fireworks by the customer.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. • Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu, India. • We encourage you to contact us first at sparknest.help@gmail.com to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing legal action.

SparkNest reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
